Function

MINI-WETMIX is a compact continuous mixer for dry premixed mortars and wall plasters. The mixer is flood-fed by a small silo or hopper (2 ¿ 6 m3 max.) through gravity. The dry premixed material is extracted from the silo and transferred by the feeder screw into the mixing zone where water is added to produce wet mortar ready for use. This mixer is ideal for restoring applications where only minimum space is available. The SINT engineering polymer enables daily washing of the mixer in only two minutes.

Description

The VSM Conical Mixer is a convective mixer with a high mixing efficiency. The VSM treats the product mixture gently and guarantees a high level of mixing accuracy without any material distortion. 

The VSM relies on a combined three-dimensional action produced by a screw suspended from a turning arm inside the conical vessel and the rotation of the screw itself.

Function

Description

WAH Continuous Horizontal Single Shaft Mixers consist of a cylindrical mixing drum vessel with an inlet, an outlet at the opposite end and a venting spout, a mixing shaft, two drum closing end plates that carry flanged end bearing assemblies complete with integrated adjustable shaft sealing unit, and a drive unit complete with power transmission.

Ploughshare or inclined blade-type shovel tools rotate as mixing tools in a special arrangement on the mixer shaft in the drum. The result is a turbulence in the mix that constantly involves all the product particles in the mixing process. The formation of dead spots or slow-movement zones in the mixing drum is prevented ensuring precise mixing. Description

Batch-type WBN Ribbon Blenders consist of a horizontal, single shaft double counter-pitch ribbon screw housed in a tubular mixing drum, a central inlet or a rectangular shape inlet port across the entire length of the mixing drum, an outlet with central discharge port, a venting spout, two drum closing end plates that carry flanged end bearing assemblies complete with integrated adjustable shaft sealing unit, and a drive unit complete with power transmission.

Function

The outer helix will move the material from both ends of the vessel towards the centre, while the inner helix will transfer the material towards both ends, performing a sort of convection mixing. The product is processed gently in a relatively short mixing time.
Typically Batch-type WBN Ribbon Blenders are used for mixing dry PVC, dry powders or granules in general, as well as for liquids and low-viscosity pastes.

Description

WETMIX BAGS is a continuous modular building site mixer for dry premixed mortars or plasters which can be easily handled by one person only. The mixer is equipped with a hopper for manual bag feeding.

The heart of the machine, i.e. the mixing chamber and the combined screw/mixing shaft, are manufactured from SINT engineering polymer. The mixing chamber liner is protected outside by a carbon steel casing. Thanks to the modular design, each section of the mixer is lightweight and easy to handle. The entire disassembled unit can be transported in a normal motor car.
 
Function

The dry premixed material is extracted from bags and transferred by the feeder screw into the mixing zone where water is added to produce the wet mortar or plaster mixture ready for use. Description

WETMIX V05 is a continuous modular building site mixer for dry premixed mortar which can be easily handled by one person only. The mixer is gravity flood-fed by a silo or hopper.

The WTS Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer is a Batch Mixer with two parallel drums each with counter-rotating shafts that are equipped with paddles fixed at a pre-determined angle. 

Function

The paddles of the WTS Twin Shaft Batch Mixer, with the added efficiency of counter rotation of the overlapping paddles, promote a homogeneous mix independent of particle size and density of the ingredients. The design gives gentle low shear forces but allows a rapid mix with low energy consumption. The mixer can be started under full load.
