Description

DUSTSHAKE R01 is a polygonally shaped SILO VENTING FILTER for silos which are filled by tankers.

Function

Dust is separated from the dirty air flow by means of a multipocket polyester filter element. Dust drops back down into the silo after elctromechanical shaking of the filter element.

RECOFIL - Wam Pneumatic Conveying System for Automatic Recovery of Dust from Fume Filters
 
Description

RECOFIL is an economic, pneumatic dust recovery device which has been specially developed for installation beneath filter hoppers

Function

RECOFIL automatically removes the dust collected inside the filter hopper conveying it to a storage device. There is no filter stoppage and there is no need for any manual operation.
This is possible thanks to an innovative patented system that utilises the air pressure from the filter to convey the dust in dilute phase without any further equipment required.
Thanks to its unique features the RECOFIL system solves all maintenance and environmental problems.
In combination with the TECU Fume & Dust Filter and the EASYFILL Bulk Bag Filler, the RECOFIL radically reduces maintenance costs versus traditional solutions with a very quick return on investment.
The complete system can manage simultaneously up to 4 filters.
The programmable POWERFIL control panel makes supervision of the fully automatic operation superfluous.

TECU - Wam Fume and Dust Filter
 
Description

TECU is a modular filter designed for suction and collection of fumes and dust generated by sheet metal processing machines. The filter consists of a stand-alone unit with dust collecting hopper and integrated fan, a polygonal shaped casing, horizontally inserted filter elements, and a reverse air jet cleaning system.

Function

The dirty air flow enters the filter casing from the top inlet flange or from the spark trap where sparks and heavier particles are pre-separated.
Thanks to negative pressure generated by the fan, the aspirated fumes are forced through the filtering elements which collect the pollutant and let clean air exit into the environment.
Dust drops down into the dust collecting hopper after an automatic reverse air jet cleaning device has removed it from the filter elements.
Thanks to its modular structure, a large variety of configurations is possible in terms of both filter surface area and filter assembly.
TECU can also be supplied as an integrated system for dust recovery including the RECOFIL recovery device and the EASYFILL bulk bag filling and storage equipment. This package automates dust disposal in a clean and health-protective manner. The system radically reduces maintenance costs versus traditional solutions avoiding any plant downtime and offering a very short pay back.

Description

WAMAIR Dust Collectors consist of a polygonal shape 304 stainless steel casing, horizontally or vertically inserted filter elements, and a reverse air jet cleaning system integrated in the hinged access door. 

WAMAIR Dust Collectors are either built in for venting applications or come as a stand-alone unit with dust collecting hopper. For suction, versions with an integrated fan are available.

Function

WAMAIR Dust Collectors separate dust from the air flow by means of pocket or special POLYPLEAT filter elements. Dust drops down after an automatic reverse air jet cleaning device inside the front inspection door has removed it from the filter elements.
The dirty air flow may enter the filter casing from the top inlet flange where heavier particles are subsequently pre-separated while the flow is on the descent. Alternatively, dirty air may enter from the bottom flange which can be either connected to a WAM PT-type hopper or to the device to be de-dusted (silo, belt conveyor extrac wam, bucket elevator, chain conveyor etc.).

WAMECO Dust Collectors Wam consist of a cylindrical shape stainless steel casing with tube clamp connection, vertically inserted filter elements, and an automatic reverse air jet cleaning system. 

WAMECO Dust Collectors Wam are either built in for venting applications or come as a stand-alone unit with dust collecting hopper. For suction applications fan versions are available.

Function

The cylindrically shaped WAMECO Dust Collector has been designed to de-dust a large variety of different dust sources. High quality standards allow to successfully solve many de-dusting problems. The WAMECO is particularly suitable for pneumatic conveying systems (both suction and pressure-type). High filtration efficiency is guaranteed due to accurate filter media selection and certification by B.I.A.
The WAMECO Front Dust Collector version, which has elements that can be unscrewed from the dirty side, is used where access to the filter elements from the clean air side is not possible either because of limited headroom or a top-mounted fan.
